Qualification Consultation
We want to take the time to understand more
than just the position. We want to have a deep understanding of the company
culture, future growth, and any current pain points. This level of understanding
ensure we find the best candidate for your business.
Talent Sourcing, Screening, & Reference Checks
CTC will leverage our industry network
to identify potential candidates. We will have candidates do both a
technical interview and behavioral based interview. Once we have
identified the best candidates, we will check two professional references.
Talent Review Meeting
This meeting will be between CTC and the
client to showcase our final candidates and set up interviews. We ask
for interviews to be confirmed within 48 hours.
Client Interview
CTC will coordinate all interviews and staging
when required. We ask that feedback be provided within 48 hours of the final interview.
Offer & Final Negotiations
CTC can assist with offer negotiation and final
offers when needed.
